Lanya is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. These published standards apply to the Lanya mobile application and all related services operated by Lanya.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on Lanya:
- Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming, or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Any behavior that facilitates, promotes, or glorifies the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
- Sextortion or any form of coercion targeting minors
Enforcement
Lanya actively monitors and moderates content on the platform. Any account found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately suspended and permanently banned.
We will report all instances of child sexual abuse and exploitation to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.

If you encounter any content or behavior on Lanya that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:
- In-app: use the “Report” feature available on all user profiles and conversations

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.
Age Requirement
Lanya is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts on the platform, and any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be removed.
